Return Policy

1.Eligible Returns/Exchanges

  • Products with quality defects (e.g., blurry printing, damage, craftsmanship errors)
  • Items that do not match your custom specifications (e.g., wrong text/logo, color mismatch)

2.Non-Eligible Returns/Exchanges

  • Personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, incorrect custom info provided, wrong size selected)
  • Normal wear and tear or minor color variations (slight differences between screen and physical product are normal)
  • Customized items that have been used, washed, or damaged

How to Request a Return/Exchange

  • Submit a Request: Within 7 days of delivery, email support@hyperbuy.com with your order number, photos/videos of the issue, and a screenshot of your custom details.
  • Review & Confirm: We will verify the issue within 2 business days and approve a free replacement or full refund.
  • No Need to Return: Custom items do not need to be shipped back—we will process your replacement or refund directly to save you time.

Refunds & Replacements

  • All refund and exchange requests are subject to our review and verification. Once a refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 3-5 business days.
  • Funds will be returned to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing schedule. 
  • For approved exchanges, the items will be re-manufactured and dispatched within 1-2 business days.
