How to Request a Return/Exchange
Submit a Request: Within 7 days of delivery, email support@hyperbuy.com with your order number, photos/videos of the issue, and a screenshot of your custom details.
Review & Confirm: We will verify the issue within 2 business days and approve a free replacement or full refund.
No Need to Return: Custom items do not need to be shipped back—we will process your replacement or refund directly to save you time.
Refunds & Replacements
All refund and exchange requests are subject to our review and verification. Once a refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 3-5 business days.
Funds will be returned to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing schedule.
For approved exchanges, the items will be re-manufactured and dispatched within 1-2 business days.
