2. Custom Product Orders
- Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. Please review this information carefully, as custom orders cannot be modified once production has begun.
- Production Time: All custom POD products require 1–2 business days for production before shipping.
- Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate custom details (text, images, sizes, etc.). We are not liable for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by you.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- All orders ship from our U.S. warehouse. Standard delivery times are 3–5 business days, and expedited delivery is 1–2 business days.

- We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, weather events, or U.S. federal holidays.
4. Returns & Refunds
- Custom products are made-to-order and are only eligible for return or refund if they arrive with quality defects or do not match your approved custom specifications.

- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of verification, and funds will appear in your account within 5–7 business days, subject to your bank’s processing time.
