SHIPPING TERMS

1. Shipping Zones & Delivery Times

  • United States (All 50 States + Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii)
    • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days (from our U.S. warehouse)
    • Note: Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed. Holidays, peak seasons, and weather delays may affect transit.

3. Order Processing Time

  • All custom POD orders require 1–2 business days for production before shipping.
  • Processing time does not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • A tracking number will be sent to your registered email within 24 hours of order dispatch.
  • You can track your package via the carrier’s official website (USPS/GOFO) or our Order Tracking page.

5. Address Accuracy

  • Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses.
  • We cannot modify addresses once an order has been processed. Incorrect addresses may result in delays, lost packages, or re-shipping fees ($8.99 per order).

6. Customs & Duties

  • All orders ship from our U.S. warehouses, so no international customs, duties, or tariffs apply to U.S. customers.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been marked as "delivered" by the carrier.
  • For packages marked as "in transit" for more than 10 business days, please contact our support team to file an investigation with the carrier.

8. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses.
